Studying the Form, The Mitre, West St, 2000

I'm struggling to locate this pub. I know it must be central Blackpool as the area is pedestrianised. Theres also a red painted steel arch in the background. Get in touch if you can identify it.

I do remember it was a proper pub - none of your tourists here. This guy was studying the racing form until he spotted me.
